Cameron Diaz (PacificCoastNews.com) The rich, famous, and beautiful were out in full force last night at the 2012 Costume Institute Gala at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. Cameron Diaz was one of the many gorgeous celebrities to grace the red carpet, and her ensemble wowed many fashion critics.Diaz made Stella McCartney proud in this silver beaded creation, which weighed a whopping 30 pounds. The heavy dress got the final stamp of approval from Anna Wintour, although we're not sure if she OKed the towering pompadour.
There were plenty of other stars who shined on the red carpet at the event, including Beyonce, Amy Adams, Amber Heard, Emma Stone, Camilla Belle, and more. The fancy evening included tons of sparkles, great food, and loads of celebrities. The annual event was put on by Vogue and co-hosted by ac! tress Carey Mulligan.
