The first trailer for the comedy What to Expect When You're Expecting starring Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez was delivered online December 8. Inspired by the best-selling pregnancy guidebook by the same name, What to Expect When You're Expecting follows five couples during the pregnancy process with reactions from mothers-to-be on an emotional roller-coaster or filled with awestruck wonder. Young fathers are seen as nave or jaded in preparing for new additions to the family. The comedy's ensemble cast includes Chris Rock ( Grown Ups ), Anna Kendrick ( The Twilight Saga ), Elizabeth Banks ( W. ), Matthew Morrison ( Glee ) and Rodrigo Santoro ( Che , Rio ). It is directed by Kirk Jones ( Nanny McPhee ).
