Film trailer: Diaz and Lopez in 'What to Expect When You're Expecting'

The first trailer for the comedy What to Expect When You're Expecting starring Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez was delivered online December 8.

Inspired by the best-selling pregnancy guidebook by the same name, What to Expect When You're Expecting follows five couples during the pregnancy process with reactions from mothers-to-be on an emotional roller-coaster or filled with awestruck wonder.

Young fathers are seen as nave or jaded in preparing for new additions to the family.

The comedy's ensemble cast includes Chris Rock (Grown Ups), Anna Kendrick (The Twilight Saga), Elizabeth Banks (W.), Matthew Morrison (Glee) and Rodrigo Santoro (Che, Rio). It is directed by Kirk Jones (Nanny McPhee).

What to Expect When You're Expecting arrives in theaters May 11 in North America and May 18 in the UK, followed by the Netherlands, Germany and other markets.
