Drew Barrymores fianc asked Cameron Diazs permission before popping the question

Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore have been best buds since they were teenagers.

So when Drews boyfriend Will Kopelman decided he wanted to ask for her hand in marriage, he bypassed her parents and went straight to Cameron to ask permission.

I knew Drew was getting married before she did! Cameron told InStyle magazine.

Luckily for everyone Drew accepted art consultant Wills proposal during a winter break in Sun Valley, Idaho, and the couple are rumoured to be exchanging vows this Saturday.

Camerons love life

During the interview, Cameron also spoke about her own love life.

Despite having a number of high-profile romances with Matt Dillon, Jared Leto and Justin Timberlake, Cameron still hasnt found the one but she hasnt given up hope just yet.

I have so much love to give Im not empty of love, Im full of love.

She also has no regrets about her love life.

I would rather have my heart broken a thousand times than never love at all."

Thirty-nine-year-old Cameron, whos currently starring in What To Expect When Youre Expecting, believes that just because she hasnt had children yet, it doesnt mean she wont.

Society definitely puts pressure on women to make them think their lives should go a certain way.

Ive never said I dont want children I just havent had children yet.

I dont know whats going to happen in my life!

She thinks she might even follow in Angelina Jolie and Madonna footsteps and adopt.

I could end up adopting children. I could end up with a partner who already has children. Who knows?
