The Bad Teacher star decided to keep off the alcohol as she celebrated the launch of her new film Gambit.
A source said: The booze was flowing but Cam and Gwyn insisted on organic lemonade.
But despite keeping her wits about her, only jet lag could be blamed when Cam left the club minus her jewels at 2am.
The A-list crew are among the first stars to check out the expensively refurbished Kensington restaurant which is the sister venue to Harrys favourite club Mahiki.
Earlier in the day, Diaz was letting it all hang out in a plunging Stella McCartney frock on the red carpet when she turned up for her new film's London premiere with her co-star Colin Firth.
