Danny O'Donoghue reveals Cameron Diaz date rejection

The Script and The Voice star turned down a date with the Hollywood actress.

Donny ODonoghue has revealed he has a very famous admirer in the form of Cameron Diaz.

The Voice coach and Script frontman revealed that he turned down a date with Cameron Diaz because he has been happily in love with girlfriend Irma Mali for the last four years.

He said, Cameron once asked me out. It was when were were both in New York on the Today show. She gave her number to my management. I didn't call her, though. I'm very happy with my girlfriend. To be honest, I wasn't even tempted.

'If me and my girlfriend broke up I'm sure I'd track her down.

Danny was quick to point out, however, that despite the number of women who would happily throw themselves at him, he is not interested in anyone but his 28 year old model girlfriend.

I get to say "no" to some of the most beautiful girls in the world, who would not have come anywhere near me if I was not in the band. They would not have looked twice at me in the past - maybe even slapped me across the face if I'd approached them in a club.
