Cameron Diaz Talks Love and Children With InStyle

Cameron Diaz covers the new issue of InStyle, which is out on newsstands in the US on Friday, April 20. Inside the magazine, Cameron poses in a range of couture styles she personally spied from the runways during Paris Fashion Week back in January. In an accompanying interview, Cameron spoke about making the rounds in France and meeting with some of her icons like Karl Lagerfeld. Cameron, who has What to Expect When You're Expecting hitting theaters on May 18, also got personal. She talked about her past loves and her future,which could include children of her own. Here are highlights from Cameron Diaz in InStyle:
- On having short hair now: "It's freeing, and I feel so much lighter."
- On her dating history: "I would never have guessed that I would end up dating any of the guys Ive dated never! Theres no through-line between them. But I love love, and love comes from many different places. When I was going through a bit of a heartbreak a little while ago, I said to a friend, 'Wow, this really hurts!' And he s! aid to m e, 'That just shows you what your capacity for loving is.'"
- On having kids someday: Society definitely puts pressure on women to make them think their lives should go a certain way. Ive never said I dont want children I just havent had children yet. I dont know whats going to happen in my life! I could end up adopting children. I could end up with a partner who already has children. Who knows? Im not trying to fit into anyones box about how I should be. I just fit in my own box."
