Cameron Diaz is proving that 40 is the new 30! The star showed off her rocking, hot body in an itty bitty bikini during her holiday vacation in Hawaii over the weekend.

The actress, who turns the big 4-0 later this year, is proof that we truly can get better with age. She told Harper's Bazaar her perspective on aging recently saying, "The more I work on my body at this age, the better it gets. I feel so much more attractive now. A thousand percent. I'm appreciating my skin and my wrinkles and all those things."

The "Charlie's Angels" star is just one of a bunch of once hot, young stars who are set to prove that life doesn't end when you hit 40. Here's a look at a few of the stars hitting this big birthday in 2012:
